LUXURY RESIDENTIAL TOWER / MULTI-FAMILY AMENITY DESIGN GUEST SUITE EXPERIENCE

Designing moments of connection within vertical living.

This large-scale residential tower explored the design of amenity and communal environments intended to elevate the everyday resident experience. From social gathering zones to wellness, lounge, and flexible-use spaces, the design approach prioritized atmosphere, functionality, and a sense of community within an urban high-rise setting. The presentation shared are for the guest suite experiences, where renters/owners can have guests stay for their own private, luxury experience allowing for connection within the same building, but privacy to tend to personal matters and independence to explore the many spaces throughout.
